Re:run is a first person action parkour game where you go through 10 levels each with increasing difficulty and kill enemies to get to the checkpoint. when you collect power-ups, you revert back to the start of the level you allowing you to unlock new areas of the level you couldn't reach previously. I like this idea, as the concept of getting to new locations with the powerups has a ‘you could do that?’ feeling. The levels consist of a lot of backtracking and creating a dominant strategy through trial and error. there are Enemies that spawn which you can attack. Fighting in this game is very simple, you can swing your sword using mouse1 or block using mouse2. The enemies do you have a lot of health and take a lot of hits, which can be quite tiresome when they don't fight back. Although this is a parkour game, the movement sometimes fails to give off the illusion that you're going fast. when running around sometimes jumping is very hit-and-miss, it can be hard to tell if I'm going to make a jump. The game has settings to help your experience. there are simple volume sliders, field-of-view sliders, and graphics settings. the design is minimalist and primitive at best.
